Update

Wednesday, May 27th, 2009

I am sitting in Houston waiting to board my flight to Nashville. I am playing a concert tonight at First Baptist Church. I have some lay-over time so I though I would give you an update!

This year has been great so far! We have lead worship and performed mostly in the lower southwest as well as near Atlanta. I have been busy working on several projects as well as leading worship at “Pursuit” the college and singles service at my church Stonegate Fellowship.

I just finished up recording / producing a new album for my friend Bill Yuhasz who has a band called Simplearth. We started the project about a year ago and have been working on it in our spare time. We finally got it finished up and you can now download it on iTunes. It was really awesome to be apart of a project outside of my own and a joy to help bring vision to an album.

The biggest news of the year is we are about to have a little girl! I couldn’t be more excited, and I am sure, as we walk down this new journey there will be more new music that comes!

I am still working on the new REmix album so look for that soon. I will keep you updated!
Until next time….

2009 is almost here

Monday, December 29th, 2008

It’s hard to believe that 2009 is almost here!

2008 was such a great year and I can’t believe it is almost gone.  Thank you so much for making 2008 an amazing year for me, my family, and the band.  We have been blessed by life stories, donations, album sales, tour dates, etc, etc…  I am thankful to get to play music while here on earth.

There are so many things to look forward to this year including the places we will be in 2009.  Check the "Shows" page to see if we will be in a town near you!

We are openly taking bookings for 2009.  You can reach us via booking [at] tylerdodds [dot] com
